Privacy Policy for Lexavelle

This Privacy Policy applies to Lexavelle (the "App"), a word puzzle game developed and published by Technochiya.
This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and how third-party services may process information.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
Lexavelle stores certain game information locally on your device so that the App can remember your progress, settings, purchases, and other game-related preferences.
This may include:
- Gameplay progress
- Scores
- Game settings
- Coins, items, or other in-game balances
- Unlocked or purchased game features
- Purchase entitlement information
This locally stored gameplay information is not transmitted to a Technochiya-operated game server unless otherwise stated in a future update to this policy.
You can remove locally stored App data by clearing Lexavelle's storage through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Lexavelle uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Depending on your device, region, advertising configuration, and privacy choices, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:
- Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, ad impressions, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Device identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers when available
- App Set ID or similar identifiers where supported
- Other advertising or attribution signals made available by Android or Google services
Google may use this information to provide and measure advertisements, personalize advertising where permitted, provide analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and operate its advertising services.
Technochiya may receive aggregated advertising reports through AdMob.
Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy practices.

3. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law or Google's policies, Lexavelle may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising privacy choices.
The choices shown to you may depend on your country or region.
Depending on your choices, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, limited, or other permitted forms of advertising.
Where a privacy-options entry point is required, Lexavelle may provide a way to review or update your advertising privacy choices.
4. In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing
Lexavelle offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
These purchases may include game content, virtual currency, upgrades, premium features, removal of advertisements, or other digital items made available in the App.
Google Play processes the financial transaction.
Technochiya does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.
To process, verify, acknowledge, consume, restore, or deliver a purchase, Lexavelle may receive limited information from Google Play, including:
- Purchased product identifier
- Purchase status
- Acknowledgement status
- Consumption status where applicable
- Google Play purchase token
This information is used only as necessary to verify and provide purchased content or features and to prevent duplicate delivery.
Google retains transaction and account information according to its own policies and Google Play terms.
5. Personal Information and Accounts
Lexavelle does not require you to create a Technochiya account in order to play, unless this changes in a future version.
Technochiya does not ask you through the game to provide your name, home address, telephone number, payment-card details, or banking information.
If you voluntarily contact Technochiya by email, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
We use that information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, protect the App, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Sharing
Information may be processed by or shared with third-party services used by Lexavelle, including:
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads — advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention
- Google User Messaging Platform — advertising consent and privacy choices where applicable
- Google Play Billing — processing and verification of optional purchases
Technochiya does not sell personal information for money.
However, depending on applicable privacy law, personalized advertising or disclosure of device/activity information to advertising partners may be considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale".
Where required, privacy choices are provided through Google's consent and advertising controls.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Local Lexavelle game data remains on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.
Google may retain advertising, consent, and purchase information according to Google's own retention policies and applicable law.
Technochiya cannot directly delete information held only within your Google account or Google's systems.
If you contact Technochiya directly by email, information contained in that communication may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Children's Privacy
Lexavelle is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Technochiya does not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly through Lexavelle.

9. Security
Lexavelle keeps gameplay information locally on the device where appropriate and relies on Google services for advertising and purchase processing.
No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information processed by Google is subject to Google's security measures and privacy practices.
10. International Processing
Google and its advertising or service partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Such processing is governed by the privacy practices, safeguards, and legal obligations of those service providers.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information under applicable privacy laws.
You can also:
- Delete locally stored Lexavelle data through your Android device settings
- Uninstall Lexavelle to remove locally stored App information
- Use advertising privacy choices made available through the App or Google where applicable
- Manage advertising settings through Android and your Google account
- Manage purchase information through Google Play
- Contact Technochiya with a privacy-related request
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Lexavelle's features, advertising services, purchases, third-party services, or applicable requirements change.
When changes are published, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
