Technochiya ("we", "us", or "our") provides the mobile game HueShift. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use HueShift.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
HueShift stores certain game information locally on your device so the game can remember your progress and preferences.
- Best score
- Coin balance
- Unlocked and equipped cosmetics
- Daily-challenge progress
- Tutorial status
- Accessibility preferences
- Audio preferences
- Ad-frequency information used to avoid displaying ads too often
This game information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Technochiya.
You can remove this locally stored information by clearing HueShift's app storage/data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
2. Advertising and Third-Party Data
HueShift uses Google AdMob to provide advertising. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and Google's services.
This may include:
- Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Interactions with the app and advertisements, such as app launches, ad impressions, taps, and video views
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Device identifiers
- Android advertising ID, when available
- App Set ID or similar identifiers, when available
Google may process this information for purposes including providing and measuring advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and maintaining its services.
Technochiya does not sell personal information collected through HueShift.

3. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law or Google's policies, HueShift uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising privacy choices before requesting advertisements.
The privacy choices available to you may depend on your country or region and the requirements that apply there.
Where advertising privacy controls are available, you may be able to reopen them from HueShift's in-game Settings screen.
You can also reset locally stored consent information by clearing the app's storage. Google and Android may provide additional advertising privacy controls through your device or Google account settings.
4. Accounts and Personal Information
HueShift does not require you to create an account.
Technochiya does not ask you through HueShift to provide information such as your name, home address, telephone number, password, or payment card information.
If you voluntarily contact Technochiya by email, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your question, provide support, or handle your request.
5. Children's Privacy
HueShift is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Technochiya does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to Technochiya, please contact us at technochiya@gmail.com so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, delete the information.
Third-party services used by HueShift, including Google AdMob, may process information as described in their own privacy policies and in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and preferences stored locally by HueShift remain on your device until they are removed, such as when you clear the app's storage/data or uninstall HueShift.
Information processed by Google through services such as Google AdMob is retained and handled according to Google's policies.

7. Third-Party Services
HueShift uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — advertising and related measurement services.

Third-party service providers such as Google may process information on servers located outside your country of residence.

HueShift is designed to keep game progress and preferences locally on your device where possible.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information handled by third-party services is subject to the security practices of those providers.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information under applicable privacy laws.
Because Technochiya does not operate HueShift user accounts or maintain a server-side database of your game progress, locally stored gameplay information can generally be removed directly by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling HueShift.
For information processed by Google, you can use Google's privacy controls or contact Google as appropriate.
